Carlos a été condamné pour le meurtre des policiers, ça c’est la guerre.
pour le reste, il a toujours nié (la soi disante revendication du drugstore a été faite par Al Watan al arabi). pour les attentats qu’il revendique, tous perpétrés contre des cibles gouvernementales ou sionistes, ils n’ont jamais été jugés et ne sont pas prêts de l’être.
il a même été accusé par d’ex camarades d’ avoir interdit d’abattre des otages lors de ses détournements d’avions, bizarre pour un terroriste assoiffé de sang)

La chambre d’accusation de la cour d’appel de Paris a accordé vendredi un non-lieu au terroriste vénézuélien Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, dit Carlos, dans le dossier de l’attentat contre le drugstore Saint-Germain qui avait fait 2 morts et 34 blessés le 15 septembre 1974 à Paris. Les magistrats ont estimé qu’aucune charge suffisante ne pouvait être retenue dans ce dossier instruit par le juge Jean-Louis Bruguière. Cette décision ne bouleverse pas le sort de Carlos, qui a été condamné le 24 décembre 1997 à la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité pour le triple meurtre de la rue Toullier, le 27 juin 1975 à Paris. Le terroriste demeure en outre mis en examen dans 4 autres dossiers d’attentats.
