Un fils du colonel Kadhafi sera t-il le futur chef de l’État libyen ?

la Libye en tant que telle n’a jamais constitué un état. La Tripolitaine est maghrébine fondamentalement tandis que la Cyrénaïque est égyptienne. Déjà du temps de l’empire Romain, on parlait Latin jusque Syrte et la langue grecque prédominait passé cette ligne. Ce n’est pas pour rien que scission entre la partie occidentale et orientale de l’empire s’est effectuée là. La solution à grande échelle serait de recréer un Maghreb (Tamazgha) qui recouvrirait le Maghreb central, la majeure partie de la Mauritanie le nord Mali et l’ouest libyen. L’Est de la Libye serait annexée par l’Egypte ainsi que le nord Soudan. Ceci serait dans l’intérêt bien compris de l’Europe comme suggéré par Laurent Ozon notamment.
