Loi sur le foncier non-bâti : les Français rackettés par l’État

Dans mon entourage des familles sont concernées par cette n ième loi scélérate, ce nouveau racket ! Je trouve que l’affaire n’a pas fait assez de bruit. Les propriéraires d’un peu de terrain ne roulent pas forcément sur l’or et l’argent ne pousse pas sur les arbres. Tu vends ou l’Etat te ruine. Et il faut accepter ça ?! Pour certains des dizaines de milliers d’euros, des familles parfois modestes qui ont hérité d’un peu de terre de la famille, des aïeux qui ont eux aussi trimé toute leur vie.
Et en plus ce serait chaque année, vlan dans ta gueule, tu vas raquer, il en restait encore un peu dans les bas de laine. Bah ouais, si tu bosses comme un con du matin au soir ou du soir au matin, c’est pas pour subvenir aux besoins de ta famille, non penses-tu, c’est pour renflouer les caisses vides de l’Etat ! Le tonneau des Danaïdes ! Avec les crevards insatiables qui récoltent leur nectar sans effort, toujours plus.
ps : pour l’anecdote j’ai appris de sources sûres que C. Estrosi a demandé que son bureau personnel soit refait à neuf avant les régionales. Et pour ça il a sollicité les services d’un architecte mondialement connu qui prend minimum 200.000 euros pour son "savoir-faire", sans parler des coûts de finition.
Le hic c’est que les services en charge du budget à la mairie de Nice ont informé monsieur le maire que le coût du projet dépasse largement le plafond accordé à ce genre de travaux. Estrozizi le petit marquis - qui n’hésite pas à (s’)allonger dans les deux sens pour boost de carrière - s’est empressé de passer le mot : "Trouvez le budget !"
Si c’est aussi "artistique" que les horribles et immenses barres verticales de fer rouillé plantées entre le Vieux Nice et la Promenade des Anglais, c’est pas la peine de dépenser des fortunes ! Les connaissances dans les soirées mondaines coûtent cher aux Niçois.
